Once your package is dispatched, an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you. Please allow 24–72 hours for the logistics carrier to update the tracking status on their system.

⚠️ WRONG ADDRESS & MISSING PACKAGES

  • Check Your Details: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. May Maison cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to our fulfillment hub due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.

  • No Inventory or Local Pickups: We do not stock products, operate a storefront, or accept courier drop-offs/returns at this Nevada location. All merchandise is dispatched directly from our separate, specialized global fulfillment centers to ensure speed and safety. Please do not mail return packages to this address.
