We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and sizing details of our apparel.

  • We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Minor variations in fabric drapes or measurements are standard in fashion garments and do not constitute a product defect.

Prices for our apparel are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

All design assets, textile patterns, illustrations, logos, photography, graphics, and written copy found on maymaison.com are the exclusive intellectual property of May Maison. Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution of our designs and assets is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • No Warehouse Services: This location is a private residential apartment and does not store, stock, or house apparel inventory. We cannot accept or process physical return packages at this address.

  • Do NOT Mail Returns Here: Please DO NOT mail return parcels here; any unauthorized shipments sent to this address will be automatically rejected or lost, which will void your eligibility for a refund.

  • Warehouse Delivery: To request a return, you must first email hello@maymaison.com to receive the address of our dedicated fulfillment warehouse.
